The Tax Programme of the OECD Korea Policy Centre, in collaboration with the OECD and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), organised a workshop on the Subject-to-Tax Rules at the President Hotel, Seoul, Korea, from 14 April (Tuesday) to 16 April (Thursday). 

The workshop was attended by 28 officials from tax authorities in the Asia-Pacific region and included the speakers from the OECD and ADB.  The speakers were Jeff Mitchell(OECD), Jessica de Vries(OECD), Fuchi Hsieh(ADB).

Furthermore, by incorporating interactive lectures, case studies, and bilateral meetings, the program offered participants tailored advice and valuable opportunities for mutual learning, aligned with the specific policy contexts of each country.
