The Tax Programme of the OECD Korea Policy Centre (KPC) and OECD co-hosted the virtual Tax Seminar on 19-23 July 2021.

With its agenda on "Auditing Multinational Enterprises," the seminar focused on training technical and practical application of the Transfer Pricing (TP) rule, as TP is typically a key issue in risk assessing and conducting audits of Multinational Enterprises (MNEs). Group discussions and case studies were provided to make participants familiar with the practical application of such concepts and tools in their home countries and various case studies have been addressed.

The seminar was led by the experts from OECD, Ms. Melinda Brown (OECD) and Mr. Anthony Clark (UK). It was also attended by approximately 40 tax officials from the Asia-Pacific countries.
