The Tax Programme of the OECD Korea Policy Centre (KPC) and OECD held a virtual seminar on 9-11 March 2021.

With its agenda on "Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP)," the seminar focused on the implementation of MAP to reconcile the interests of both tax authorities and taxpayers based on BEPS Action 14. The seminar also addressed the practical procedures and group discussions encouraged participants to be familiar with the procedures.

The attendees included experts from OECD; Ms. Sandra Knaepen, Ms. Sriram Govind, Ms. Felicie Bonnet, and approximately 100 tax officials from the Asia-Pacific countries.
