Despite the high quality of Seou tap water (Arisu), citizens avoid drinking it without no apparent reason. In fact, there was no monitoring system to check the quality of tap water at households and buildings. To convince the safety of the tap water to the Seoul citizens, the City of Seoul initiated tap water quality opening systems, while engaging them; (1) Seoul Water Now system (online service), (2) Arisu Quality Verification system (offline service)..
