The Tax Programme of the OECD Korea Policy Centre, in collaboration with the OECD and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), organised a workshop on the Subject-to-Tax Rules at the President Hotel, Seoul, Korea, from 14 April (Tuesday) to 16 April (Thursday). 

The workshop was attended by 28 officials from 14 tax authorities in the Asia-Pacific region and was led by the experts, Jessica Di Maria(OECD) and Lee Harley(OECD). The experts shared extensive knowledge and practical experience related to Subject-to-Tax Rules across multiple sessions.

Furthermore, by incorporating interactive lectures, case studies, and bilateral meetings, the workshop offered participants tailored advice and valuable opportunities for mutual learning, aligned with the specific policy contexts of each country.

Throughout the workshop, participants listened attentively to the sessions and actively asked questions in relation to cases and experiences from their own countries. In the evaluation survey conducted immediately after the workshop, 100% of participants rated the workshop as "Very Satisfied," indicating the highest level of overall satisfaction.
