The Public Governance Programme of the OECD Korea Policy Centre, PCSDG Division of the OECD and the KRILA (Korea Research Institute for Local Administration) co-hosted the Asia Public Governance Forum on the SDGs on Nov 19 2021 via online.

15 experts from Korea, Italy, Germany, Belgium and Japan joined together to discuss
1) Enhancing governance and policy coherence for sustainable development and
2) Strengthening sub-national engagement and vertical coherence for the SDGs.

The experts shared how their countries linked the SDGs with national and sub-national policy agenda while the OECD shared the status of its pilot programme, which is designed to enhance the engagement of sub-national governments by creating indicators.
